Mandala applying a one-single aircraft policy (policy operation of one type of aircraft), that only by operating the Airbus fleet. On January 16, 2009, Mandala to ground its entire fleet of Boeing and began to implement the operation policy of a single type of aircraft. Currently, the Airline operates Airbus A320 with seat capacity of 180 and A319 aircraft with a capacity of 144 seats. In addition to the sophisticated aircraft, Mandala chose Airbus because the technology is environmentally friendly and efficient in fuel use.
